Shipping and delivery

We currently ship to the U.S. only.


Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Free shipping on U.S. orders of $100 or more will be automatically applied at checkout. Discount codes cannot be combined.


Upon order confirmation, all orders will be processed within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.


Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become available.


All orders are shipped via USPS. Once an order has been dropped off with the carrier, any delays or incidents are out of our hands. If you have not received your order within 14 days of shipping confirmation, please contact us at parkvibesobly2GMAIL.COM with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.


If your order arrives damaged, please email us at [INSERT EMAIL] with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging.


In the event an incorrect address is entered when purchasing a product and the shipping label has already been scanned by the carrier, the customer will be responsible for any cost associated with generating a new shipping label to the correct shipping address.
